Where Reflection
Deepens connection
About Me
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides telehealth services for individuals and couples located in Oregon. I have a background in community mental health and equity-focused initiatives aimed at improving access and inclusivity in mental health care. These experiences shaped my commitment to thoughtful, culturally responsive, and relationally grounded work. In our work together, I aim to support you in understanding patterns, strengthening your sense of self, and building more intentional and connected relationships—with yourself and others.

My Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that our experiences—past and present—shape how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. I strive to create a space that feels grounded, reflective, and nonjudgmental, where clients can explore their inner world at a pace that feels safe. I view therapy as a partnership—one that honors your strengths, respects your boundaries, and supports meaningful, lasting change.
As a BIPOC therapist, I approach this work with cultural sensitivity, humility, and ongoing self-reflection. I strive to create a space where clients from BIPOC and LGBTQ communities feel seen, respected, and supported in exploring how culture, identity, and social context intersect with their emotional and relational experiences. My goal is to offer care that honors your whole experience while remaining curious, collaborative, and responsive to what matters most to you.

Every action you take is a vote for the kind of person that you wish to become.

Individual Therapy:
Psychodynamic Therapy
This approach explores how early relationships and life experiences influence current emotions, behaviors, and relational patterns. By bringing awareness to these dynamics, clients can develop greater insight and flexibility in how they respond to themselves and others.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT focuses on identifying unhelpful thought patterns that contribute to emotional distress and unwanted behaviors. This approach supports practical skill-building and increased awareness of how thoughts, emotions, and actions interact.
Somatic Therapy
Somatic therapy centers the body as an essential part of healing. By increasing awareness of physical sensations and nervous system responses, clients learn to recognize stress cues and develop tools for regulation and resilience.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
EFT emphasizes the role of emotions and attachment in shaping our relationships. This approach supports clearer emotional expression, improved communication, and deeper relational safety and connection.
Couples Therapy
Gottman Method
Therapy
Focuses on identifying negative interaction cycles, strengthening friendship and trust, improving communication, and increasing mutual understanding and emotional safety within the relationship.
Integrative Relationship Therapy
Emphasizes deeper reflection on attachment patterns, past relational experiences, and the impact of betrayal or ruptures in trust. This approach supports healing, emotional growth, and the development of a shared vision for the future of the relationship.
What to Expect
During the consultation, we’ll discuss what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This is also a space for you to ask questions and get a sense of whether I feel like a good fit for you.
Our first session is focused on building rapport and establishing trust. We’ll explore what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain, and how I can best support you. This session is primarily a space for me to listen, understand your needs, and begin creating a foundation that feels safe and aligned with your goals.

Good Faith Estimate & No Surprises
Act (Oregon)
If you are uninsured or choose to pay privately, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of therapy services under the No Surprises Act, a federal law that applies to Oregon.
A Good Faith Estimate outlines the anticipated cost of services based on the information available at the time and will be provided before services begin or upon request. This estimate is not a contract and does not require you to move forward with therapy.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time by contacting me directly. More information about your rights is available at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
